• Provide you with a General Contractors estimate produced in industry standard Xactimate Software, the same software your insurance company will use. An estimate you can use to argue value of your loss when the insurance company tries to low ball the evaluated damage of your property
• Help you argue for the highest payment from your insurance company possible. Provide assistance from a lisenced public insurance adjuster if it gets too complicated or if deemed necassary to maximize the insurance payout
• Come together with you and help you decide the best way to spend the insurance money so you can rebuild your home the way YOU want, leaving the potential to keep some of the insurance money in your pocket when the job is finished
• pack out, professionally clean and store any of your belongings that are not going to need to be replaced by the insurance company in our climate controlled warehouse until your home is ready for them to be returned
• Catalouge and present your belongings that will need to be paid for to the insurance company, making sure you get paid every last penny possible
• Initiate the rebuild of your home
• Pull Permits
• Demolition of destroyed portions of the structure

How do we get paid? Well we wont ask you for money, instead we make sure the insurance company pays properly so there are enough funds to do the work. Aside from your deductible, we will do work as per the estimate line item value, so you can be sure we are not taking advantage of your situation, instead we are getting paid industry standard prices agreed upon through use of software that the insurance company uses to price work and materials for situations like this.

As far as contents of your home, or your belongings, the ones that need to be cleaned and stored follow the same routine as with your structure, the software the insurance company uses is the same software we use, and it automatically prices the value of this kind of work, based on individual items of your home. Regarding the contents of your home that can not be cleaned because for one reason or another they have been destroyed, the insurance company is going to need proof of the item (a picture, we will take pictures of everything) and a comparable item to come up with the items value, for this we use the internet and painstakenly go through each item and find a comparable if not the eact same one online and come up with a replacement cost. Put all the information together and present it to the insurance company so they can decide wether or not some or all of your items need to be depriciated (a case by case decision) and they will cut you a check for the total.

We typically do this sort of work at a cost to you from the check the insurance company cuts in the en, as an example - 10% (Note: this is purely an example, and this number is negotiated on a case by case basis, as each disaster is unique and there would be no way to evaluate the true value of this sort of work without seeing the job first, but rest assure that the cost we present to you will be well worth your while to consider, as the work we do to maximize your payout is professionally done and were you to try to do it on your own, you may more than likely end up being taken advantage of by the insurance company), this way you know it is in our best interest to make sure we get every last item from your home and catalouge it, after all, it will directly effect what the work is monotarily worth to us as well.

Lastly, if there are itms in your home that have been damaged and will be paid for by the insurance company, but you would like us to professionally restore these items as best as possible (photos, art work, anything with personal value that the insurance compny wont consider) we will offer our services and expertise at as low of a price as possible so you may hang on to anything that you may decide to keep because it might be irriplaceable.
